Please note that this email should be received before the candidate applies to the job in order to be eligible for the referral.

1. The referred will be contacted by one of our agents to discuss the role and their qualifications to ensure that they are a good fit for the position and organization.
2. If they succeed in obtaining the position you referred them for, we will contact you to confirm the address to send your referral bonus.

• You will be contacted when the referred starts their first day.
• The referred must be working in the specific job that they are referred to.
• If two or more people refer the same individual, the first candidate to refer them is the person who will receive the bonus.
