Responsibilities:

  - Lead a remote analytics engineering team owning the Snowflake warehouse, dbt repository, ingestion pipelines, and core business models supporting actuarial, risk, fraud, and finance teams.
· Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data and analytics engineers.
· Own technical standards, dbt repository architecture, version control, and CI/CD.
· Maintain Snowflake warehouses, AWS data pipelines, freshness audits, and data quality validations.
· Model core business domains to ensure cross-functional data consistency.
· Drive platform migrations, operational reliability and self-service analytics.

Qualifications: 


· 2+ years of management experience 
· Advanced SQL, dimensional modeling, and deep expertise managing production dbt repositories.
· Strong pipeline engineering background with Python and cloud data infrastructure (AWS/Glue/CDK).
· Experience partnering with quantitative/analysts teams and managing data platform reliability.

SALARY:
160-200k USD
