Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and monitor the profitability and catastrophe loss evaluation of assigned accounts.
-: Make complex underwriting decisions, structuring choices, and pricing strategies within delegated authority.
- Maintain and deepen senior-level relationships with clients and brokers to support market positioning.
- Contribute to portfolio strategy and risk appetite steering; partner with actuarial, cat modeling, and claims teams for portfolio optimization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior underwriters and contribute to overall team capability.


Qualifications: 

-10+ years in the reinsurance industry, with heavy exposure to catastrophe underwriting and portfolio management.
- Deep understanding of retrocession, reinsurance/insurance structures, and global catastrophe markets.
- Advanced expertise in reinsurance pricing, catastrophe models, and portfolio analytics.
