Responsibilities:
  Data Engineering: Design, build, and optimize automated ETL/ELT pipelines to move data from raw sources into actionable reporting layers.
  Architecture & Modeling: Implement robust data models (and semantic layers to ensure organizational data is "single source of truth" compliant.
  BI Development: Create and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX to visualize complex actuarial and operational KPIs.
  Strategic Support: Partner with the Actuarial and Data Science teams to provide high-quality datasets for machine learning, pricing, and reserving initiatives.
  Governance: Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and monitoring while version-controlling all work via Git.

Qualifications: 

  Expert SQL and Power BI (DAX) skills.
· Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
· Solid understanding of data warehousing 
  Process: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Git version control.
