Position: Actuarial Leader - Risk Advisory

Responsibilities:
- Develop the brand and vision for the Analytics Practice and build "plug-and-play" tools for field deployment.
-Lead complex analyses on ART, SIR, and Captives.
-Partner with the "Deal Desk" to win new business and defend accounts using data-driven insights.
-Mentor internal teams to become "licensed drivers" of the proprietary analytics tools.


Qualifications:

· ACAS or FCAS
· Deep knowledge of Captives, SIR, and ART structures.
· ·  Proven track record in building scalable models and translating complex data 
· Prior broker, client, or large account experience is highly preferred.
