Position: Pricing Systems Manager

Responsibilities:
·  Lead end-to-end implementation of rates, rules, forms, and product changes 
·  Manage a cross-functional team of Business Analysts, Developers, and QA resources
·  Translate Rate Committee and actuarial decisions into clear technical requirements and system configurations
·  Oversee development and testing of rating logic, underwriting rules, and forms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and pricing intent
·  Serve as the primary liaison between Actuarial, Product, IT, Compliance, and QA teams
·  Ensure timely delivery aligned with effective dates, regulatory filings, and system release schedules
·  Establish governance, documentation standards, and quality controls across the implementation lifecycle
·  Lead pre-release reviews to align scope, timing, dependencies, and code merges
·  Continuously improve implementation processes, templates, and workflows to increase speed-to-market
·  Leverage AI and new technologies to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and enhance transparency
·  Track performance through metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive predictability and accountability

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience	
· Experience across Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
· Actuarial background or progress toward credentials 
· Experience leading cross-functional teams or large implementations
