Responsibilities:
·  Lead and oversee a team responsible for developing and maintaining multivariate predictive models 
·  Apply advanced actuarial and modeling techniques to solve emerging business challenges and design effective data-driven solutions.
·  Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
·  Conduct ad-hoc analytical and actuarial studies to address diverse modeling and business needs.
·  Ensure all modeling projects and analytical studies are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
·  Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to department heads and senior management.
·  Research and experiment with new modeling methodologies and statistical approaches to enhance predictive accuracy and performance.
·  Mentor and train both junior and experienced actuaries and modelers to strengthen team capabilities.

Qualifications:

-Near FCAS or FCAS
6+ years of experience
