Responsibilities:
· ·  Build and validate GLM and stochastic frequency-severity models 
· ·  Research and integrate new data sources to improve model accuracy.
· ·  Automate model pipelines and integrate with production workflows.
· ·  Communicate insights to both internal and client teams.
· ·  Partner with ML, engineering, and product teams to scale models globally.

Qualifications:

7+ years in data science or quantitative risk modeling, preferably in insurance or catastrophe analytics.

Strong Python, SQL, and cloud skills - SageMaker, Glue, EMR, Athena, S3.

Comfortable with large-scale datasets and MLOps principles

Excellent communicator; able to explain uncertainty and model trade-offs to technical and executive stakeholders.

Bonus: Experience with cat modeling, re/insurance portfolios, or model governance.
