Responsibilities:
  Analytics & Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning solutions to enhance underwriting precision and claims outcomes.
  Insight & Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through effective visualization and communication.
  Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to embed analytics into workflows and drive measurable business impact.
  Data Management: Gather, validate, and structure data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure high-quality analyses.
  Leadership & Execution: Lead multiple strategic analytics projects, influence decision-making, and promote innovation within the department.
  Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development through internal training and industry conferences.

Qualifications:
  Degree in a quantitative or scientific field 
  5+ years of analytics experience, preferably with advanced machine learning expertise.
  Proven record of delivering end-to-end modeling and statistical analysis projects.
  Strong foundation in statistics and predictive modeling implementation.
  Expert in SQL and relational databases; proficient in Python, R, or similar languages.
  Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau is an asset.
