Responsibilities:
Analyze, synthesize, and interpret complex claims, financial, quality, and performance data.
Create data workflows and mapping for in-depth quantitative analysis.
Develop analytical dashboards for insights.
Effectively present findings and observations using charts, graphs, and other visuals.
Support data requests and reporting by identifying how existing data can meet information needs.
Continuously monitor and analyze data for trends, patterns, and key drivers.
Participate in management meetings to share observations and help identify solutions.
Prepare and review executive reports, including operational metrics and financial analysis.
Assist with various special projects as needed.
Support the ongoing identification and implementation of new tools and innovations for analytics and reportin
.



Qualifications:

-  3+ years in claims analytics
§	Experience with analytics / modeling solutions 
§	Experience with data storytelling
