Position: Predictive Modeler

Responsibilities:
· Apply predictive modeling, ML, and advanced analytics to build models
· Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to enable nightly model scoring and streamlined, automated retraining
· Design monitoring dashboards to track model performance, recommend pricing segmentation adjustments, and measure critical business KPIs
· Conduct ongoing modeling initiatives to enhance and refine existing model assets
· Drive innovation by improving data analytics methods, exploring underutilized data sources, and evaluating emerging techniques
· Support proof-of-concept evaluations for data solutions offered by insuretechs and other vendors
· Clearly communicate analytical insights and recommendations to guide business decisions across the organization
· Develop standardized dashboards using best-in-class data visualization platforms
· Contribute to company’s growth by supporting its expansion into new products and new markets
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience developing strong predictive models within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
Skilled in open-source statistical tools (e.g., R, Python)
Proficient with data analysis and management tools (e.g., SQL)
Familiar with data visualization platforms like QGIS, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Power BI
