Responsibilities:
Lead analysis of GAAP and STAT earnings to assess PRT profitability and capital generation.
Develop dashboard infrastructure to explain differences between underwritten and actual results 
Influence pricing strategy based on earnings analysis.
Act as a PRT business representative to FP&A, Accounting, Valuation, and Investment Management teams.
Provide ad hoc support for PRT pricing during high-volume periods.
Stay current on evolving standards 
Evaluate strategic options, including longevity reinsurance.
Develop STAT to GAAP earnings walk and source of earnings analysis.
Own PRT business planning and forecasting.
Collaborate with investments to optimize asset allocation.
Train less experienced analysts.
Potential for future direct reports.


Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience
· ASA or FSA
Knowledge of Group Annuities and/or Pensions
· Experience in Pension Risk Transfer or Pensions
