Responsibilities:
· Build and automate predictive models for consumer behavior 
· Recommend data-driven marketing strategies based on model insights
· Conduct data analysis and ensure model transparency and fairness
· Evaluate model performance and run A/B testing
· Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and ethical AI standards
· Monitor and validate campaign results against model forecasts
· Collaborate on data quality and manage feature engineering and pipelines
· Source additional data and identify opportunities for new models
· Document methods and results clearly
· Automate processes and perform ad hoc marketing analyses
· Drive innovation through AI/ML use cases to improve business performance

Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience
-Skilled in deploying and monitoring models using automated MLOps tools
-Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities
-Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Deep understanding of ML algorithms and advanced techniques (
-Highly skilled in Python or R for modeling and automation; advanced SQL for data handling
-Experienced with data visualization and automation using tools like Power BI or Tableau
