Responsibilities:
  Conduct code reviews and validate methodologies and analytical work from actuarial team members
  Oversee data intake, assess data suitability, and resolve data-related issues-both internal and client-provided
  Engage with external partners and stakeholders as necessary
  Deliver timely insights and actionable recommendations based on analytical findings to address client objectives
  Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing standardization opportunities
  Perform financial modeling, analyze key drivers of healthcare trends, and assess risk factors
  Partner with the software team to guide the design, development, and implementation of our impartial adjudication platform
  Contribute to business development and support sales initiatives when required



Qualifications:

· 4+ exams
· 3+ years of experience 
· Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, R, Python, and SQL and the passion and drive tackle complex challenges in healthcare.
