Position: Sr. Consultant

Responsibilities:
-Supports pricing, renewal modeling, and risk management for Group Benefits across all product lines.
o Maintain and enhance tool for annual pricing targets and Op Plan projections
o Streamline code and add features/products
o Partner with pricing team to implement and test solutions
o Own and improve Excel-based model for forecasting premium changes and persistency at renewal

o Coordinate with Valuation and ERM for duration matching and liquidity planning
o Perform quarterly liquidity reviews
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in actuarial or similar analytical roles
· Proficient in data analysis with strong Excel, VBA, and Access skills
· Familiarity with risk evaluation and Group Benefits pricing/rating is a plus
