Position: Senior Actuarial Analyst

Responsibilities:
· Data Analysis & Reporting:
o	Conduct analyses using actuarial data (e.g., product pricing, reserves, financial projections).
o	Communicate assumptions, observations, and conclusions to stakeholders and provide recommendations within set timelines.
· Process Improvement:
o	Master actuarial workflows, recommend enhancements, and implement approved changes.
o	Develop and improve tools used in actuarial processes.
o	Integrate effective documentation and risk controls into key steps of the actuarial workflow.
· IFRS 17 Support:
o	Build, test, and refine processes to support IFRS 17 financial reporting, disclosures, and valuation efficiency.
· Management Information & Communication:
o	Enhance reporting tools and improve communication of management information.
· Problem-Solving & Collaboration:
o	Solve complex problems by sharing expertise on challenging actuarial concepts and providing training to colleagues.
o	Actively contribute to team priorities and support teammates to improve individual and team efficiency.
· Leadership Development:
o	Gain leadership experience through peer reviews, coaching teammates, and contributing to team planning and prioritization.



Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience
· Knowledge of Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
· Proficient knowledge of at least 1-2 languages (e.g., SQL, SAS, VBA, Python, R
