Responsibilities:
·   Prepare investor and peer analysis, along with general market research to aid the Capital Partners team.
· Respond to investor queries and create ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports/letters.
· Conduct research on potential new products and structures to explore growth opportunities.
· Assist in the preparation of due diligence responses, including ad hoc, quarterly, and annual investor questionnaires.
· Support ESG reporting by completing ESG questionnaires and contributing to ESG strategy development and updates.
· Perform research on market conditions, trends, peer activity, and relevant industry news.
· Help prepare marketing materials and quarterly investor communications.
· Collaborate with legal, accounting, and risk management teams to support data collection and reporting 
· Apply traditional A/E studies, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
· Drive innovation in risk selection and risk pricing methodologies.






Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience
  Comprehensive understanding of reinsurance and the Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS) market.
  Exceptional quantitative, written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
