Responsibilities:
o	  Utilize data, analytics, and insights to evaluate risk exposures in client portfolios, focusing on complex and high-value deals in the region.
o	  Lead pricing strategy discussions and ensure proper terms and conditions are reflected in contract wordings.
o	  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build profitable client relationships and identify opportunities to address client needs effectively.
o	  Provide clients with insights and support for product development to enhance their property business portfolios.
o	  Work closely with diverse internal teams, including client markets, business development, public sector, structuring, solutions, and others.
o	  Contribute to defining portfolio strategy, implementing portfolio initiatives, and tracking business performance.
o	  Develop parameters, trends, indices, and market curves to support underwriting decisions in the region.
o	  Stay informed about (re)insurance market trends, risk landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities or risks that could impact operations.



Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience
· Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus. 
· • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to transform data into actionable insights. 
· • Strong computer and software usage skills. Familiarity with programming in any language is a plus. 
· • Good verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. 
· • Proficient in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
