Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Risk Management, Finance, Investments, and Operations
-Engage in project-based initiatives and establish strong processes

-Oversee the implementation of Reserving 
-Collaborate with the investments team and operating companies to enhance reserving portfolios
-Lead efforts to harmonize assumption-setting across company
-Educate other stakeholders on actuarial methodologies and reserving practices
-Lead corporate actuarial review of pricing models

Qualifications:

· Qualified actuary
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including life and/or annuity product development, reinsurance, insurance M&A, and valuation / financial reporting;
