Responsibilities:
· Seeking a candidate with Property and Casualty reserving experience, strong financial acumen, and insurance expertise to develop, implement, and refine actuarial methods for reserve reviews and profitability assessments.
· Opportunity to drive change by working with existing tools and creating new tools for risk analysis, cash flow measurement, and program support.
· Conduct quarterly reserve reviews.
· Enhance methodologies and tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) reserves.
· Prepare and communicate reports on reserve analysis and profitability to senior leadership.
· Collaborate across departments and with external partners to support strategic objectives.
· Generate routine performance reports for the company.
· Provide thoughtful insights and feedback on data requests and result observations.
· Contribute to the development and enhancement of data models for information modeling.
· Assist in the creation and review of financial analytics, company initiatives, and dashboard reports.
· Support the analysis of quarterly financial results.

Qualifications:

· Qualified actuary
-	programming languages such as Python, SQL and R
