Responsibilities:
  Leading a team overseeing risk-based supervision for a portfolio of long-term insurers and groups, fostering leadership and development among direct reports.
  Developing insurance risk frameworks, risk models, and market analysis, along with delivering risk training and support.
  Tracking and analyzing economic indicators and trends at macro and micro levels that affect the long-term insurance market, evaluating their impact on licensed commercial life insurers and groups.
  Modeling complex transactions with sensitivity analyses, stress tests, and financial soundness evaluations, while managing a team of risk analysts to ensure accuracy and proper methodology.
  Conducting on-site examinations and financial reviews, assessing risk exposure, maximum probable loss, capital adequacy, risk management strategies, governance, and other key metrics for insurers and groups.
  Establishing monitoring systems to identify and communicate trends, risks, and issues, and recommending suitable supervisory actions.
  Conducting due diligence and assessing internal models, using peer comparisons and industry benchmarks, and analyzing both historical and projected indicators to identify emerging risks.
