Responsibilities:
· Manage and develop entry-level analysts while retaining individual contributor responsibilities.
· Lead and manage multiple actuarial projects, fostering an engaged actuarial culture and developing high-level talent.
· Conduct actuarial analyses for trend identification and rate adequacy during the semi-annual rate review process.
· :Apply actuarial reserving methods to project ultimate losses in quarterly reserve reviews.
· Utilize multivariate predictive modeling and machine learning techniques 
· risk analyses focused on identifying, mitigating, and monitoring enterprise-level risks, such as Concentration Risk Management.
· Create dynamic dashboards in Tableau to present data insights and enable data-driven decisions for stakeholders.
· Work on high-visibility projects with the freedom to pitch innovative ideas and challenge the status quo.


Qualifications:

·  Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) designation is mandatory.
·  Extensive experience with SQL and a strong understanding of relational databases are essential.
·  Advanced proficiency in R, Python, or other statistical software is highly preferred.
-Proficient knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization software is preferred.
