Position: Sr. Cat Risk analyst

Responsibilities:
·  Provide analysis and pricing support to underwriters.
·  Extract and analyze modeling data for deals and portfolios using third-party and proprietary models; interpret and challenge results.
·  Develop an understanding of broker and client dynamics through regular interactions and meetings.
·  Perform data review and modeling for insurance, assumed, and retrocession deals in appropriate jurisdictions.
·  Support the underwriting process from initial broker contact to post-transaction client requests.
·  Evaluate and implement new or updated risk models.
·  Assist with exposure management reports and presentations for regulators and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

·  3+ years of relevant experience.
·  Strong emotional intelligence, organizational skills, and respect for cultural differences.
·  Excellent mathematical, statistical, problem-solving, and data/time management skills.
·  Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to express opinions and accept feedback.
