Responsibilities:
·  Lead mortality and morbidity research 
·  Coordinate collaboration on mortality and morbidity insights through regular communication with business units in the Americas.
·  Monitor population trends, review new studies, and educate stakeholders on mortality and morbidity insights.
·  Develop assumptions for mortality improvement and provide guidance on post-pandemic excess claims for business units in the Americas.
·  Serve as an expert in internal presentations, client meetings, industry events, and through external thought leadership.
·  Lead projects on mortality and morbidity research, industry studies, data insights, and statistical analysis
·  Foster positive collaboration with key stakeholders, including pricing, business development, underwriting, global data analytics, global risk, and external clients.
·  Participate in special projects, committees, meetings, and client presentations as needed.
