Responsibilities:
-gather and analyze business requirements and user specifications, independently designing and developing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
-Develop and deliver data visualizations and presentations using Business Intelligence tools
-Support the creation of a new Data Analytics framework to deliver approach to future state of function
-Analyze data to answer key questions from internal or external partners, in order to grow and build an understanding of what drives business performance
-Adjust or update reporting, with a focus on continuing to support and maintain various reports and/or tools
-Conduct analysis and identify findings to optimize insurance portfolios through segmentation and analysis of composition, growth, incurred claims and other key performance indicators

Qualifications:
-You have more than 3 years experience working in Data Analytics
-You have experience using SQL, Python, and Azure
-Ideally, you have experience in Reinsurance and/or Insurance Data Analysis
-You also have knowledge of data management software and tools such as Tableau, Qlik and PowerBI
