Responsibilities:
·  Team Leadership: Responsible for managing the performance and development of the Actuarial Street Pricing team.
·  Process Development: Establish systems and processes to analyze rates and products for the assigned region.
·  Collaboration: Work with regional pricing teams to ensure Street Pricing aligns with overall product strategies.
·  Rate Reviews: Oversee personal insurance rate reviews and communicate findings to stakeholders.
·  Innovative Solutions: Research and implement traditional and innovative actuarial techniques to solve business challenges.
·  Regulatory Compliance: Manage rate filings and collaborate with regulators for approval.
·  Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior staff, acting as a technical expert for the team.
·  Product Alignment: Ensure products adhere to internal development and pricing standards.
·  Business Insight: Deeply understand the assigned portfolio and provide strategic insights on emerging trends to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

-ACAS or FCAS
· 5+ years of pricing experience 
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a team
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· experience in scripting/coding, including in Python and SAS
