Responsibilities:

· Cultivate team skills, capabilities, and knowledge.
· Strategically plan and coach daily, providing regular updates and proactive solutions.
· Lead and delegate projects effectively, ensuring completion from start to finish.
· Extract and analyze complex data from diverse sources, ensuring quality.
· Innovate and deliver new tools to enhance company value.
· Research emerging ratemaking techniques and share findings for implementation.:
· Conduct rate reviews, including rate indications, competitive analysis, and filings using advanced actuarial techniques.
· Collaborate with leadership, underwriting, and IT teams for strategic pricing actions.
· Manage regular rate filings with regulators.
· Utilize internal systems for data extraction and exploration 
· Identify and analyze performance trends to refine underwriting strategies.


Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience
-ACAS / FCAS
-Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and EXCEL 
-Excellent soft skills
-Leadership experience
