Responsibilities:
· Serve as a member of the Underwriting Management Team, providing leadership and overseeing the property treaty departments' efficient operations.
· Contribute to and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for the property reinsurance portfolio
· Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing 
· Establish and implement pricing strategies to accurately reflect portfolio risks.
· Provide underwriting recommendations and decisions aimed at ensuring long-term profitability.
· Ensure compliance with company’s guidelines and policies in collaboration with Corporate Underwriting.
· Report on treaty department operations and lead the property team on a daily basis.
· Engage in client contact and development, maintaining industry contacts through industry functions and client/broker visits.


Qualifications:
· FCIP designation
-10+ years of experience
