Position: Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities:
· Provide expert insights to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring robust governance and risk management.
· Lead the enhancement of company’s predictive analysis and risk assessment in the financial sector.
· Develop, implement, validate, and optimize advanced stochastic models to support strategic decisions
· Offer senior-level advisory services influencing strategy development and decision-making.
· Lead the execution of advanced data strategies and predictive analytics for prudential supervision.
· Implement, validate, and communicate sophisticated stochastic models and stress scenarios.
· Assess risk attribution and reasonability of results, providing recommendations.
· Develop risk metrics, benchmarks, and tracking systems to monitor evolving risks.
· Document models, including controls and versioning.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams
· Identify and analyze emerging issues, trends, and regulatory risks
· Lead projects researching and reporting on market intelligence data related to pension plans.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity in predictive modeling and risk assessment.
· Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management with actionable insights.
· Collaborate with data specialists to support digital transformation initiatives.
· Ensure the robustness and security of the stochastic model environment.
· Coach and mentor team members, fostering innovation and best practices.
· Participate in working groups and advisory committees as a technical expert.
Qualifications:
· CFA, ASA or FRM certifications are beneficial.
· 3+ years in statistical modeling, quantitative data analysis, and risk management in the financial/investment industry.
