Responsibilities:

· Improve longevity and collateral systems and processes
· Manage global products with longevity risk
· Use analytics to leverage inforce value
· Support new business growth
· Maintain and develop collateral models
· Ensure compliance with treaty requirements
· Analyze collateral needs and provide detailed explanations
· Manage external retrocession arrangements and reporting
· Support new retrocession agreements
· Analyze inforce file data changes
· Conduct experience analysis and adjust assumptions
· Develop performance metrics from inforce studies
· Support longevity capital management initiatives
· Participate in cross-functional optimization projects
· Innovate inforce processes for scalability and improved controls
· Utilize visualization tools for reporting
· Assess risks for new transactions
· Review and provide feedback on risk analysis and treaty documents
· Maintain guidelines for new longevity transactions
· Monitor risk metrics and limits
· Escalate issues with actionable recommendations
· Manage junior staff and co-op student performance
· Support staff development and team engagement
· Assist in the hiring process for co-op students

Qualifications:

· Qualified actuary
· Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or demonstrated knowledge of investments and capital markets
· 5+ years of experience
· Experience in actuarial modelling software such as Prophet and/or AXIS
· Advanced knowledge of life, health, and/or annuity products
