Responsibilities:


· Actuarial pricing and reserving analyses
· Stress testing and economic capital modeling
· Data collection, reconciliation, and analytics
· Create actuarial reports, presentations, and dashboards
· Develop and govern actuarial models with strong controls
· Lead client strategy and new business development:
· Develop forecasts and business cases
· Prepare and review client letters, proposals, and presentations
· Maintain and analyze client databases
· Perform market research and industry presentations
· Analyze complex ideas and incorporate stakeholder views for meaningful solutions
· Develop new skills and expand outside comfort zones
· Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
· Stay updated on key industry trends and their impacts
· Manage engagement economics and resource allocation efficiently
· Address client concerns promptly and identify performance improvements
· Mentor and train team members in the Actuarial practice
· Identify opportunities for firm-wide service offerings
· Develop external relationships to drive business growth
· Stay informed through industry publications and share relevant insights with clients
· Ensure ongoing professional development through education
·
