Responsibilities:
· Conduct independent analysis and peer review of actuarial projects, offering recommendations to management.
· Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of data, interpret it effectively, draw meaningful conclusions, and mentor less experienced analysts.
· Develop or maintain complex actuarial or predictive models, providing technical guidance to junior team members.
· Collaborate with management to integrate business considerations into technical models for implementation.
· Independently research and identify potential solutions and strategies.
· Prepare reports and presentations for external stakeholders, providing implementation support.
· Communicate effectively within the actuarial team, including presenting to leadership and other departments.

Qualifications:
· 5-10 years of experience
· ACAS / FCAS
·
