Responsibilities:
· Ensures timely completion of projects with a focus on accuracy, quality, and efficient resource utilization.
· Applies advanced actuarial principles and standards to work output, serving as an expert resource in specific areas of regulatory or technical knowledge.
· Offers opinions on the application of concepts and regulatory guidance
· Engages in industry research and committee work to foster professional growth and contribute value to the company.
· Manages workflow to achieve completion of complex projects, addressing obstacles as they arise.
· Communicates project status, concerns, and resource needs to management.
· Develops, maintains, and documents actuarial tools and techniques necessary for projects.
· Identifies and implements improvements in methods and procedures to enhance unit efficiency.
· Delegates tasks to ensure staff members contribute meaningfully and develop professionally.

Qualifications:
· Strong ASA or FSA 
· Leadership experience
