Responsibilities: 
-Design and implement data science strategy, roadmap and KPIs to align with the overall business objectives

-Champion the use of advanced analytics by collaborating with business units to understand their needs and solve business problems

-Drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver analytical projects across the Advisory Networks lines of business

-Oversee the implementation, validation, and deployment of models, as well as their periodic refresh or revision

-Build relationships with business subject matter experts and develop novel features to enhance model performance
- Communicate analytical insights through executive presentations that support advanced analytics initiatives

-Lead a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
of work

Qualifications:
-PhD/MS in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, engineering or Applied Math

-8+ years of experience in decision science, data science, and advanced modelling

-5+ years of experience leading advanced analytics teams and delivering on key analytical initiatives

-Strong storytelling skills and experience building advanced analytics solutions for various businesses

-Hands-on experience with modern data science and machine learning tools, including Python, Pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, and SQL
