Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate teams of interdepartmental actuaries in the form of working groups to drive refinements to the capital framework.
-Manage the Capital Standards Group in support of the Capital Governance Lead to drive the development and governance 
-Collaborate with various businesses and Corporate Modeling to better understand the key risks 
- Review projection results to help uncover anomalies and shifts in the business, validating for reasonableness.
-Enhance capital and risk management processes by examining risk distributions and capital adequacy for internal and external uses.
-Drive the development of the capital production process with the aim to balance efficiency, precision, and reliability while strive to improve the engagement of the various groups involved with the production effort.
-Lead the governance and production of the rating agency capital models and serve as subject matter expert for other cross-functional areas. 
-Provides oversight and direction to associates as assigned to support project work. May perform management duties including but not limited to: hiring, training, evaluating, and mentoring direct reports.
Qualifications:
-FSA accreditation or equivalent
-Minimum 10 years of actuarial experience in life insurance/reinsurance
-Actuarial research experience
