Responsibilities:
-Directly responsible for actuarial methods and assumptions used as well as the overall profitability of the business across Canada.

-Interface with regulators and auditors on pricing issues where needed.

-Leads, coaches and mentors a team 

-Provide guidance and knowledge to the development of actuarial methods and assumptions used as well as the overall profitability 

-Work with Data Science to review and implement new enhanced pricing and segmentation models.

-Maintains a strong risk and control environment while balancing the need for pace and agility
Qualifications:
-FCAS with management experience
- 7+ years of P&C actuarial experience including pricing and modeling
