Responsibilities:

-Coordination of a professional and collaborative team spanning multiple locations and time zones
-To work closely with all stakeholders on all aspects of the reinsurance placement process
-To work closely with all stakeholders to develop the service offering for the promotion of business production and client retention
-Any other duties commensurate with position or level of responsibility
-Projects, oversight and delivery of strategic direction, developing innovative analytic solutions and service offering to quantify catastrophe risk and support business requirements
Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in the industry
-The role includes line management duties, candidates should be able to demonstrate previous project coordination and team management experience
-Ability to integrate into a time critical business environment and meet challenging timelines
-Exceptional problem-solving skills
-Ability to process and understand data quickly and creatively, with a strong attention to detail
-Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to present modelled output to a variety of audiences
-at least one vendor catastrophe model, ideally both RMS and AIR
