Responsibilities:
-Ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of an action plan for its administrative unit, in line with the strategic orientations of the company and integrated with the other administrative units, in a context of performance management and ambition to grow significantly
-Implement management and communication practices that promote change management, skills development, mobilization, talent retention and diversity, consistent with the company's values
-Ensure the effective and efficient management and use of resources and processes on an ongoing basis, in a rigorous results-oriented, quality of service and customer-oriented approach
-Establish and implement rating strategies for commercial lines property and liability insurance nationally and for commercial automobile
-Analyze claims experience and monitor the market to dynamically adjust pricing
-Provide actuarial advice and expertise to the analysts of the team in the realization of business projects in a mixed role of coaching and quality assurance, as well as to other sectors of the company for actuarial matters.
Qualifications:
-Management experience
- Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) or Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) (an important asset).
