Responsibilities:
-Providing strategic guidance and leadership to a team of analysts 
-Building strong partnerships within product and underwriting, and across the organization
-Supporting the development of product and underwriting analytics strategy, methodology and discipline.
-Building and maintaining a highly engaged & performing team 
-Leading, supporting and managing change including inspiring and supporting others to maintain engagement and commitment to the change proces
Qualifications:
-You have at least 5 years of experience in an analytical role in finance, actuarial, business intelligence (BI) or a related field.
-Holding an Associate or Fellowship designation of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS or FCAS)
