Position: Senior Risk Analyst

Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive analysis and pricing support to underwriters by extracting and analyzing modeling data for both deal-specific and portfolio-wide assessments. 
-Utilize third-party and proprietary models, tools, and systems to interpret and challenge model outcomes. 
-Regularly engage with brokers and clients to gain insights into their dynamics, motivations, and negotiation drivers.
-Conduct data review and modeling for insurance, assumed, and retrocession deals in relevant jurisdictions. 
-Support the full underwriting process, from initial broker contact through transaction analysis, while assisting with post-transaction client service as needed, depending on jurisdiction.
-Evaluate and implement new risk models and apply updates to existing models, ensuring accuracy and relevance. 
-Additionally, assist in the preparation of exposure management reports and presentations required by regulators or other stakeholders.


Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience
· Required skills include advanced knowledge of MS Excel and in MS Word and PowerPoint. 
· Working knowledge of R, Python, SQL, and commercially available third-party models.
