Responsibilities:
· Leading a team of data scientists to develop and deliver top-notch AI solutions.
· Acting as a change advocate to guide the business in identifying revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities, crafting proposals, and suggesting model usage to downstream partners.
· Encouraging creative problem-solving within the team, balancing complexity and value in business solutions.
· Initiating change within the team and across the broader Data & Analytics landscape, emphasizing the significance of understanding our business to facilitate the creation of optimal solutions.
· Collaborating and exerting influence across diverse business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
· 5+ years of progressive AI/ML experience 
· Leadership experience
