Responsibilities:

- Support the design, delivery and roll-out of a group wide CSM Platform.
- Develop suitable data management tools to enable the calculation of the IFRS CSM.
- Implement CSM calculations in line with the requirements received considering both the Standard and company policies.
- Interface with different work streams to receive data and provide results.
- Advance the company’s work flow management tool to automate the future reporting process going forward.

Qualifications:

- Nearly or newly qualified actuary with an internationally recognized actuarial body.
- Good understanding and ideally first-hand experience of IFRS17 including an understanding of the mechanics of how the Contractual Services Margin works.
- Sound understanding of insurance modelling methodologies and techniques, including liability modelling, ESGs and ALM, capital modelling, projections.
- Strong model development skills, ideally with experience in a range of different programming and coding languages.
- Ability to communicate information in a clear, confident and structured manner to all levels within the programmer.
- Good knowledge of insurance products, regulations and financial reporting.
- Experience of developing and implementing enterprise risk management.
- Ability to speak French, Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
