Responsibilities:
- Design & update existing sales enablement tools highlighting areas where the company creates value based on health care eco-system, product or operational changes or market feedback.
- Develop new sales enablement tools to identify new opportunities for value creation based on health care eco-system, product or operational changes or market feedback.
- Train sales team on use and presentation of results from sales enablement tools.
- Present results of sales enablement tools to sophisticated employers or consultants and influence buying decision.
- Work with marketing to develop value propositions for company products and services that resonate with employers/consultants Use influence skills to direct case studies and materials presented externally.
- Create new RFP responses as necessary and direct additional studies to support those responses.
- Support contracting and performance guarantee offerings for new customers.
- Perform original analysis of claims and engagement data to support product and clinical teams with the development of new products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as: Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Associate in Society of Actuaries required / Fellow in Society of Actuaries preferred.
- 12-15+ years of actuarial experience.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and SQL skills.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong influence and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical skills with deep understanding of actuarial concepts.
- Consistently demonstrate ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external partners.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects, prioritize and direct team members as appropriate while setting overall vision.
- A leader who can influence others by the strength of personality, integrity, ability, sense of humor and interpersonal skills.
- Regarded as a subject matter expert by peers, and sought out for their expertise.
