Responsibilities:

- Monitor, report, and forecast strategic financial metrics for the Life business, including but not limited to IFRS earnings and embedded value.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial metrics and convert insights into actions to manage and improve the company’s financials.
- Support the development of the annual business plan using those same financial insights such that plan is sound and based on realistic business fundamentals.
- Actively participate in the improvement of reporting processes and methodology.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of life actuarial experience.
- Strong technical background, as well as verbal and written communication.
- Nearly qualified actuary, or in good progress in actuarial exams.
- Strong understanding of profitability analysis and MCEV reporting.
- Experience in business planning, and Singapore RBC and RBC 2 is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Prophet modelling.
- Organized, motivated team player who is dynamic and adapts well to changes.
