Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of innovative analytical solutions, including but not limited to:
- Data understanding and preparation.
- Modelling, including predictive modelling techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, network analysis, optimization & natural language processing.
- Visualization and storytelling on model outputs and insights.
- Industrialization of models and performance assessment.
- Ensuring proper governance and documentation at each phase of the analytics development.
- Leading the development and maintenance of large-scale analytics infrastructure to be used across the business lines and consistently conducting research, design, implementation, and validation of cutting-edge algorithms in order to analyze diverse data sources in order to enable desired business outcomes in diverse fronts.
- Leading scoping and brainstorming sessions with business lines to capture business objectives and prioritize opportunities. As a result, translating business objectives into analytical statements / hypothesis to be solved so that innovative analytics solutions are developed, implemented, and drive real business outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Physics or any other related quantitative field.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience.
- In depth knowledge of industry modelling techniques and analytics best practices.
- Advanced skills in Python/R, SQL, Spark, Alteryx and experience using a wide range of analytical techniques: e.g. supervised learning, clustering, natural language processing, time series analysis, A/B testing, network/link analysis, sentiment analysis, and data visualization.
- Skills in mentoring and motivating, understanding, and developing people are critical to the achievement of results through others.
- Experience in design, governance and implementation of data and analytics-based strategies.
- Advanced ability to identify, assess and manage risk to ensure desired outcomes.
