Responsibilities:

-Analyze and interpret legal documents of routine to medium complexity to determine proper number of bill lists and system treaties and how to incorporate the parameters of the agreement into the administration systems used by International Administration.
-Analyze and research business submitted electronically. Approve/Reject bill list and/or system treaties to ensure accuracy and proper setup. Appropriately explain any request denials in a clear, concise, professional and client friendly manner.
-Research and analyze other routine requests made by other associates related to bill lists/system treaties such as IRP set up, rates and novations. Create/update/change bill lists/system treaties, plan groups, plan codes and rates to ensure accuracy and proper set up.
-Perform bill list and/or system treaty UAT testing of any new functionality within the International administration systems.
-Audit and resolve existing inconsistencies of data between systems by using system health reports and SQL reports.
-Prepare monthly reports for local office distribution that track outstanding bill list and/or system treaty work. Analyze local office response for compliance and monitor status to ensure work is completed as agreed.
-Maintain relationships with clients and other associates to facilitate effective resolution of bill list and/or system treaty issues. 
-Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
-Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
-2-5 years of life and health insurance/reinsurance industry experience.
-Advanced Level of English (spoken, written, and reading).
-Reinsurance industry knowledge.
-Word and Excel skills.
-Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills.
-Must possess investigative skills.
-Strong customer service orientation.
-Must be flexible and adaptive to change.
-Ability to resolve most questions/problems and escalate only the most complex issues to higher levels.
-Intermediate oral and written communication skills.
-Takes initiative and is accountable.
-Ability to read and interpret treaty language, and to apply it appropriately.
-Ability to multi-task.
-Ability to share and impart knowledge.
-Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives.
-Ability to work independently.
-Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department projects.
