-	New Business Development - create and drive opportunities for the organization's growth.
-	Facilitate brand recognition opportunities for the company through seminars/events and research papers, etc.
-	Prepare & organize goals, action plans and timelines focused on new business and products.
-	Develop and oversee new marketing initiatives to generate sales leads by monitoring industry & political trends.
-	Generate ideas, track and account for new business initiatives
-	Internal Operations - Lead company Best Business Practices.
-	Identify needs of organization and recruit top talent.
-	Facilitate and participate in community and professional volunteer activities/opportunities.

-	FSA designation (or ASA designation with additional experience)
-	Developed and managed $500,000 of new business annually or proven sales and client development.
-	Full accreditation with the Society of Actuaries and American Academy of Actuaries.
-	Minimum of 8 years of healthcare actuarial experience.
-	Strong client and project management skills.
-	Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science, Math or Statistics.
