RESPONSIBILITIES:

•	Leading the direction and reporting of new business metrics such as value of new business, IRR and pricing gains
•	Ownership of experience studies and decisions on assumption and method setting
•	Forecasting income and value of new business metrics based on business strategies, decisions, regulatory changes and internal policy
•	Accountable for actuarial reserving including sign-offs and ensuring associated processes are in compliance with CIA standards, and applicable Company's policies & guidelines
•	Challenging and engaging actuarial staff, helping to contribute to the development of high quality actuarial resources for Company



QUALIFICATIONS:

•	FCIA/FSA designation
•	10+ years insurance experience
•	Strong actuarial & risk mgmt knowledge
•	Ability to influence decision making at various levels of the organization
•	Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
•	Ability to apply complex technical analysis to practical business applications
