RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Reports to Assistant Vice President & Actuary.
- This is a unique opportunity to perform multi-discipline business unit functions on Organization’s Joint venture.
- Build-up organization Joint venture strategic plan and annual business plan utilize local business plan and Organization.
- Support in developing and maintaining a strong financial projection from a organization perspective.
- Perform financial movement analysis and sources of earnings with respect to organization joint venture on CGAAP basis.
- Recognize differences in embedded value calculation between Joint Venture partners.
- Perform financial projection on new products and advise management on potential financial impact.
- Perform Organization business unit functions that do not involve the Joint Venture partners.
- Support in developing CGAAP valuation methods and assumptions.
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Appointed Actuary Report (AAR).
- Responsible for the completion of DCAT projection.
- Perform periodically new product Productivity review Accountable for weekly reporting.
- Assist in new product review.
- Coaching and developing junior employees.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- FSA/FCIA or progress towards fellowship.
- 4 years of related working experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in AXIS.
- Knowledge in MS Access, Excel, Visual Basic, PowerPoint.
- Cantonese or Mandarin language is not required but is an asset.
